Your Tasks as Team Lead - Data Analytics (m/f/d)
In this role, you will take over technical responsibility for the Analytics Team from day one while also working operationally on demanding analysis and customer topics. The working model is intentionally designed to be flexible: Two days in the office and three days in the home office are an integral part of the collaboration.
- Technical and organizational leadership of the Analytics Team while simultaneously contributing operationally to data-driven customer and product solutions
- Prioritization of tasks, steering of resources, and ensuring quality, methodology, and deadlines
- Analysis of large data sets, ensuring data quality, and gaining relevant analytical insights
- Identification, evaluation, and implementation of AI-supported solutions to increase efficiency and quality in the analytics area
- Derivation of resilient analyses and concrete recommendations for action from complex data sets
- Presentation of results in a clear, structured, and target-audience-oriented manner at the customer and management level
- Strategic consulting of customers on the business added value of data-based analyses
Your Profile as Team Lead - Business Analytics (m/f/d)
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Statistics, or comparable
- Several years of profound experience in the field of Data Analytics / Business Analytics
- Experience in technical and/or disciplinary leadership of analytics teams or Senior Data Analysts
- Very high analytical level as well as strong methodological certainty in handling complex data sets
- Confident use of common analysis, database, and BI tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R)
- Confident, professional appearance in customer contact as well as a goal-oriented, diligent, and independent way of working
